RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item to us within 30 days if it is unused and in the original packaging for a full refund. We will process a refund for the item itself, but not for the shipping (even if it was free shipping). Items that qualified for free shipping will be refunded less a shipping fee of $10.00. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our returns department. Simply fill out the Returns/Exchanges Request form below.

EXCHANGES:

We understand that with a lot of the products we sell, you just don't know if you are going to like it unless you try it. We give you 90 days to test out the item to make sure you like it. If you decide you don't, like it then lets exchange it! Fill out the Returns/Exchange form below. You will be responsible for the shipping of the item back to us, but once it is received and processed by our returns department we will send you a credit for the amount paid for the item to pick something else out! We do limit exchanges to one time per original order. Basically, you can't exchange an exchange. If you have questions let us know!
